Top Consulting Group Inc. is a Canada based consulting firm that provides professional advice to individuals, families and organizations through visa applications, educational plans, business investments, home settlement and other services. We need a Vice-President to lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and business development, ensuring sustained growth and compliance in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the President to develop and implement the company’s strategy based on the latest market trends to ensure continuous business growth
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and official functions
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
• Manage establishment of company’s branch offices locally, and abroad
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Formulate and approve marketing and promotional campaigns, aligning them with the company’s goals to expand market reach globally
• Engage in strategic investment decisions, including technology integration and service enhancement to improve company competitiveness in the market
• Oversee the company’s financial performance and establish financial controls, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effective operations
• Collaborate with the financial manager to review financial reports, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure profitability in alignment with company goals
• Develop and manage client-facing communication strategies to ensure clear and professional interactions, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Lead the company’s public relations strategy, focusing on building trust and credibility within the industry and among clients
Work Experience:
• 3-5 years related work experience

• Strong ability to align company objectives and strategies with positive outcomes
• Adept in organizational structuring and meeting company’s goals
• Highly skilled in handling company’s problem-solving and decision-making matters

Education:
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided
