Job Requirements:
Job duties and responsibilities not limited to :
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails.
• Maintain contact lists and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
• Perform data entry
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
records.
• Evaluate daily operations
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
