We use fresh ingredients like vegetables, pulses, flour, gram flour, and special Indian seasonings to prepare the delectable dishes.

Completion of Secondary school.

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
- Schedule staff to meet demand.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of food and service.
- Train staff in duties, health, and safety procedures.
- Estimate the requirements of ingredients and supplies needed and order accordingly.
- Ensure special dietary needs or requests are being catered to.
- Maintain sales, stock, and wastage records.
