Mega Sushi in Richmond, BC is currently looking for competent, full-time Cooks.

Wage: CAD$28.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience and skills)
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week
Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay
Business Location: #100-3131 Chatham Street, Richmond, BC V7E 2Y4
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook Japanese and Korean food items including sushi, rolls, teriyaki, donburi, bibimbap, etc.
- Make adjustment to food items to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Supervise and train junior cooks and kitchen helpers with respect to food preparation
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Follow food safety standards and company policies
- Keep kitchen and work area clean
Job requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
