We are now seeking a new Administrative Manager to maintain our office system while providing supervision and support to all internal and external services. This position is a key managerial role within the back-office operations. A successful candidate should display excellent leadership qualities including motivating and developing team members to ensure outstanding achievement of outstanding customer service, exemplary performance while executing key controls and deliverables.
Job Duties:
1.Direct and set up a variety of key performance objectives, procedures and standards to guide the office operation and ensure the smoothness and efficiency of our administrative functions.
2.Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance; evaluate results against objectives and make necessary adjustment along the way.
3.Oversee and motivate a team of office staff while providing necessary assistance to improve their performing of daily tasks.
4.Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events and provide administrative support to the upper management.
5.Manage and drive compliance within the team for all policies and procedures as specified by the company guidance.
6.Take control of the office budget planning, annual spending reports preparing, and making necessary corrections to ensure that the office’s financial objectives are met.
7.Assist in the recruitment for new office staff, coordinate interviews and oversee the orientation and training of new employees.
8.Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions to drive improvement and resolutions.
9.Handle inquiries from business partners including vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders while delivering the best-in-class customer experience.
10.Lead the process of identifying, prioritizing, supporting for improvement projects that align with the company’s service quality standards including the introduction of new technology and system.
Qualifications:
1.At least a college diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2.At least three years of former experience in business administration or a related role is required.
3.Former experience in a related industry is highly appreciated.
4.Excellent knowledge of financial and business administrative management principles.
5.Proven success in driving team performance and results.
6.Strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset.
7.Possess good judgment and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
