Wage Rate: $42.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Evening, weekend, Overtime if required.
Education: Mnium High School required.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
Languages: English
Job Duties:
• To plan, organize and manage the construction projects including the cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations.
• Procedures for accomplishing project
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
• Represent the company and act on the behalf of company in negotiating contracts, prepare contracts and revisions.
• Explaining contracts and technical information to employees; supervising construction personnel and activities onsite.
• Developing workarounds for delays and other problems, Develop and implement quality control programs
• Hire and supervise the activates of Subcontractors.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure.
