Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies
• Maintain contact lists
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers and clients
Basic Qualifications:
• Post-Secondary Education
• Minimum 7 months to 1 year previous work experience as an administrative assistant.
