Job Duties:
• Create and maintain digital presentations and brochures of our products and services.
• Prepare and proofread correspondences, and invoices to be sent to the clients and vendors.
• Ensure that the mail letters are kept in a safe and secure place to maintain a proper record.
• Effectively manage the company’s email inbox to ensure that client/vendor correspondences are managed properly.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with the employer.
• Order office supplies and stationery when required.
• Assist in managing inventory by conducting regular stock checks Answer telephone and electronic or in-person inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages accordingly.
• Answer telephone inquiries and convey messages to the related employee.
• Maintain the client database and employee records.
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the employees visiting other cities for work purposes.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school would be an asset.
• Completion of a one or two- year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR Previous experience in related services would be preferred but not mandatory.
