Job Duties:
• Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Analyze any unexpected or unusual transactions
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Documenting transaction details
• Putting together financial reports
• Create and prepare accurate Annual Financial Statements.
• Prepare, and present quarterly budget reports as needed
• Maintain Accounts payable and Accounts receivable accounts
• Calculate and Prepare utility and other bills
