Gupta Auto Repair is urgently seeking for 1 Full Time Administrative Assistant who possess good communication and administration skills so they can support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them
• Preparing and sending invoices to clients
• Increase sales to current customers and look for other potential customers.
• Oversee the work of other sales professionals and develop sales presentations and proposals.
• Prepare quotations for customers on products or services they may require.
• Purchase the products that are required to keep on shelves as a stock.
Skills Requirement
• Completion of secondary school required
• At least 1 year of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
• Strong computer skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
