Job duties
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate partner
• Organize and schedule appointments for employer
• Coordinate and send meeting invitations and agendas to attendees
• Prepares briefing notes and minutes of meetings
• Maintain contact lists of clients and business partners
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Balance daily sales and prepare bank deposits
• Generate contracts and invoices
• Verify pricing of new inventory in the system
• Help support sales team with marketing projects
• Create marketing materials
• Maintains confidential information for the business, team and leadership and ensures information is handled appropriately.
Requirements:
Post-secondary credential is a must.
3 years related experience.
Proficiency in Office software and email
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Mandarin is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail orientated and organized
Knowledge and experience in social media are preferrable
Compensation:
Wage: $18/hr
Hour: 30-35 per week
