Job Description
Monitor, manage, and plan the work of truck driving employees
Set procedures for adhering to work timelines and coordinate with other departments
Handle workplace issues and seek solutions to enhance performance
Order materials and supplies
Train personnel for job responsibilities, safety procedures, and company practices
Assist in hiring and promotion procedures
Check routes to confirm estimated delivery times
Make work related reports, estimate budgets and track expenses
