Job Description
· Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
· Plan and approve promotional campaigns.
· Providing strategic recommendations to the senior members of the executive management team.
· Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
· Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
· Appoint the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
· Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
· Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures.
· Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
