Job Description
· Organize, control, review sales operations in commercial, wholesale and retail organizations
· Manage sales operations at all levels in the organization
· Establish sales practices and procedures within the company
· Establish strategies and tactics for new products launched
· Manage sales contract negotiations and lead the sales team in developing partnerships with business clients
· Plan and execute trade promotion expense for the company
· Hire and train staff
· Evaluate efficiency and ROI for all promotions
· Associate with marketing division to frame marketing messages for the organization
· Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales material
Job Requirements:
Languages:: English
Education:: Bachelor's degree
Experience:: 2 years to less than 3 years
Ability to Supervise:: 5-10 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:: Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Tight deadlines

Specific Skills:: Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments, Organize regional and divisional sales operations, Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, Recruit, organize, train and manage staff, Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
