Main duties:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reporting,
• Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and organization of the store,
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for product procurement,
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates, support staff, and performance evaluations,
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Set sales goals and monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Create and implement effective merchandising strategies and displays.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate store promotions, events, and bridal shows.
• Assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other related products.
• Ensure accurate measurements and order placement for customers.
Qualifications & skills:
• Minimum Secondary Diploma is required.
• 3-5 years of related retail work experience is required.
