Job Duties:
• Create and maintain the digital presentation and brochure specifying the types of services we offer.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and invoices for the clients and vendors.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing mail and other material and ensure that mail and documents are secured in a safe place.
• Properly manage the company’s email Inbox to ensure that client/vendor correspondences are managed properly.
• Maintain a record of stock received and order stock after consulting with the employer.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of existing, new, and prospective clients with the employer.
• Follow-up with prospective clients.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Answer telephone inquiries and convey messages to concerned employees.
• Maintain the clients’ database and employee records.
• Ensure that the procedures are followed at the work site as well as in the office.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school would be an asset.
• Completion of one or two- year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR Previous experience in related services would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Good at Multitasking
