Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Code Ninjas’ brand, prod-ucts, and services.
2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the coding educa-tion industry.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing ini-tiatives.
5. Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media channels.
6. Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels.
7. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
8. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing and coding education.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years’ Experience in digital marketing, including email, social media, and dis-play advertising.
3. Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
