G.H.M.P. Holdings Ltd. DBA Pleasant Valley Motel located at 3030 Highway 16 , Houston, BC, V0J 1Z0 is looking for Front Desk Agents for their Hotel/Resort. This job position requires minimum high school education .This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week. The wage will be $ 19.50 per hour. We will also consider candidates who want to work part-time.
The list of job duties comprise of but is not limited to the following:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
– Take, cancel and change room reservations
– Provide information on hotel facilities and services
– Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
– Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
– Assist clients/guests with special needs
– Provide customer service
