Job Opportunity: As a Corporate Sales Manager at All-Lane Immigration Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the immigration industry, overseeing sales activities to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Coordinate sales operations specific to immigration services, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and targeted outreach efforts to expand market share and client base.
• Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures concerning immigration sales, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives for introducing new immigration services or enhancing existing ones, collaborating with immigration consultants to assess feasibility and market demand.
• Lead the sales team in cultivating relationships with corporate clients, immigration agencies, and other partners, overseeing negotiations of service contracts and agreements.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales staff with a focus on understanding immigration processes, regulations, and client needs, fostering a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
