Job Description: As the Marketing Manager at Agnihotri Immigration, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive client acquisition. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for immigration advocacy will be instrumental in promoting our services and supporting our mission to empower individuals through immigration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Agnihotri Immigration's services and solutions.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to educate and engage our target audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and legal experts, to develop marketing materials and content that accurately represent our services and expertise.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in immigration law, policy, and advocacy to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
• A university degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the immigration services or legal industry is an asset.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and advocacy.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of immigration law and policy is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is a plus.
