Located in the Okanagan area, we are a one-stop repair and maintenance shop for all makes and models of cars and light trucks. We keep up with the constantly-evolving vehicle technology with the latest tools and equipment. We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
Job responsibilities:
-Greet customers a:1d handle incomin, calls ana emails in a professional manner
-Assist in preparin; invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
-Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
-Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentations related co auto body repairs
-Maintain and update c??stomer databases and records
-Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
-Assist in tracking and reporting of business performance
Job requirements:
-Completion of high school program is required, a post secondary education is business administration or other related field will be an asset.
-Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, or other combination experience as front desk or customer service clerk may be considered.
