Duties:
• To identify and document the issues encountered, speak with computer users who are having trouble both in person and by electronic means.
• Review user manuals, technical guides, and related documentation to investigate and implement solutions.
• Assist users with company systems, networks, and the Internet in reaction to issues that are detected.
• Provide assistance and training to users facing detected difficulties.
• Recognize and resolve technical issues.
• Take part in the software and application redesign process.
• Compile, arrange, and keep track of issues and their resolutions so that other Technical Support Analysts can refer to it.
• May supervise other technical support workers.
