Shreeji Food Inc. O/A Panago Pizza located at #140, 1848 Main Street, Penticton, BC V2A 5H3 is looking for an Assistant manager (Restaurant) with minimum High School education. The Candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or Diploma/ Certificate in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $26.00. This is permanent full-time position with 30- 40 hours of work per week.
Following are the set of job duties and responsibilities for this position:
· Plan, Organize and manage the daily operations.
· Maximize profitability and meet financial objectives.
· Recruit, train and supervise the staff.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and control inventory.
· Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
