We are looking to hire 3 skilled carpenters with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. You will be responsible for the layout, installation, repair, finish, and maintenance of various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements.
Job Details:
Title: Carpenter
Location: 27125 25A Ave, Aldergrove, British Columbia, V4W 3N4
Wage: $30.00/hr
Terms of Employment: 30 to 40 hours per week
Overtime will start after 40 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School
Language: English is required.
Experience: 1 year or less than 2 years
