Position – Office Administrator
Job type: Permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours
Salary: $27.00 /hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
• Work with the office support staff to delegate tasks
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Co-ordinate and organize office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Perform data entry
• Provide training to other administrative staff members
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Plan and control budget and expenditures and Oversee payroll administration
