Overview
AZ Fleet Services Inc., a leader in fleet maintenance services, is looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Brampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to bring efficiency and order to daily office operations.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience
• 1 to less than 7 months
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Greet customers.
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information.
