Job Description
. Supervising and planning administrative procedures for offices and updating, assessing, and introducing new procedures
. Set job schedule, assign work to office support staff/ employees, and ensure that deadlines are met, and processes are followed
. Conduct administrative tasks relevant to office
. Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
. Administer policies and procedures related to the disclosure of information in
handling requests for access to data and privacy laws by the government
. Synchronize and schedule office services such as housing, relocation, utilities, materials, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services
. Analysis and oversight of administrative tasks relevant to the processes of budgeting, procurement and project planning and management
. Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
. Assist in planning the budget for activities and ensuring inventory and budgetary control
. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
. Collect information and make periodic reports, manuals and correspondence, special reports, etc.
