Work Location: Various work locations across Lower Mainland.
29.00/hr (40 hours per week)
Over Time Wage Rate: $43.50/hr (after 40 hours per week)
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Set up frames/scaffolding for safe access to roofs.
• Install, repair or replace roof by using hand or power tools.
• Able to install, repair or replace roofing shingles, tiles and shakes.
• Able to work on sloped roofs of buildings.
• Able to install sheet metal flashings.
• Wearing protective gear is mandatory.
• Estimating material requirements and provide quotation.
• Ensure standard safety measurements are always followed.
• Apply waterproof coatings to above and below ground levels.
