Job Description
· Manage, prepare, guide, monitor, and review an accounting, auditing, or other relevant financial department's operations
· Frame and execute the company's financial practises, processes, and procedures
· Assist in preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit assessments and financial reports
· Prepare financial plans, strategies and budgeting processes
· Apply financial simulation models
· Examine and review financial reports, accounting practises, and investment projects, and advise senior management for improvements regarding budgeting and other relevant financial plans
· Recruit, train, and handle the employees
· Inform senior management regarding any trends that are important to the company's financial performance
