Title: Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Assess characteristics of services offered by the clinic to determine marketing and patient engagement needs
- Advise on patient outreach, educational opportunities, and strategies to enhance clinic visibility and service promotion
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital patient engagement and outreach campaigns and implement them
- Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on patient engagement and outreach metrics
- Develop and maintain the clinic's social media accounts, including managing patient reviews and testimonials
- Develop, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies and programs designed to inform patients, healthcare providers, and the general public of the clinic's services, initiatives, and policies
- Conduct surveys to identify the healthcare needs and concerns of the community served by the clinic
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases related to clinic services and outcomes
- Develop and organize workshops, seminars, and other events for educational, awareness, and information purposes related to gastrointestinal health
- Coordinate special events and promotions to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement
- Assist in the preparation of educational materials, newsletters, and other patient information content
- Represent the clinic in community health events and act as a liaison with health organizations and professionals to promote partnerships and collaborative initiatives
Terms of Employment: This is a Permanent and Full-time position with 37.5 hours of work per week
Language of Work: English
Wage: $32.31 hourly
Vacation: 10 days
