Position – Sandwich Artist

Job Responsibilities:
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables for sandwiches and salads
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Keep records of the quantities of food used and Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors and remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
Work experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience required.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
