Four C Service Ltd. (Red’s café and convenience) Esso gas station with convenience store located at 28 Main Street, Manitou, MB, R0G 1G0 urgently requires one (1) Retail Store Supervisor for their store.
Job Description
Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/ 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, weekends and holiday work.
Languages: English
Education: Applicant must have completed Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Specific Skills: Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory
