Today, as our business grows, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Event Planner to
join our team. This position takes charge of organizing and managing events from
inception to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential clients to promote and discuss event services.
- Conducting research about industry trends to maintain competitiveness
- Researching on clients' services and products, engaging with clients to plan events format and content, set budgets, and oversee progress.
- Coordinating event peripheral services including accommodation, transportation, facilities, catering, signage, displays, translation, special needs, audio-visual equipment, printing, and security.
- Managing participant registration, preparing programs and promotional materials, and publicizing events.
- Planning participant entertainment and social activities.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising event support staff.
- Ensuring compliance with any legal requirements.
- Negotiating service contracts with suppliers and vendors, maintaining financial records, reviewing final billings, and preparing event reports.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum a college diploma in business administration, marketing, public relation, media, designing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Team player.
