Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
• Seven months to less than one year of experience is required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities-
1-Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
2- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments.
3-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries.
4- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
Prepare correspondence, brochures and presentations for clients etc.
5- Co-ordinate with all different departments and clients for smooth work flow.
6-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
7-Manage office bills, prepare invoices reports on computers.
8-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
