Job Duties Assistant Baker
•Weigh, sift, measure, and mix baking ingredients.
•Assist baker in preparing dough and bake ethnic breads including Tandoor (Oven) breads. i.e Naan bread, Oven baked Missi Roti etc.
•Assist Baker in preparing dough for Indian cuisine, snacks with rigid spice mix and other ethnic herbs i.e. puff, pastries, samosas, and sweet goods
•Bake mixed doughs and batters for Indian deserts, snacks and ethnic condiments.
•Portion, roll, knead, cut or shape dough to form different types of ethnic breads and sweet goods as per the specified recipe.
•Ensuring the baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitizer.
•Any other related tasks
