Job Description
• Direct and review the activities of establishments engaged in retail sales
• Oversee tasks of staff and assign duties to them
• Research market and its trends to estimate consumer demand and potential sales volumes
• Determine products and services to be sold and determine price and credit policies of the store
• Formulate new and innovative marketing strategies
• Oversee budgeting plans and authorize expenditures, monitor revenues
• Resolve customer complaints
• Hire and arrange training of staff
