Over Time Wage Rate: $41.40/hr (after 40 hours per week)
Business Location: Surrey, BC V3V 5E3
Work Location: Various work locations across lower mainland.
Experience: Previous work experience in cleaning is an asset.
Other requirement: The applicant must be physically fit.
Job Duties:
• Dust windows, selves and stairs etc.
• Sweep, mop and wash floors, windows, ceiling and sidewalk
• Use industrial vacuum to clean area rugs, heavy debris and dirt etc.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Cut grass and clean grass area.
• Remove snow and open blockage of water during rainy days
• Assist in moving heavy equipment and construction supplies.
• Assist co-workers at work site and assist in parking of big industrial vehicles.
