District 65 Corporation is a Bangladeshi food concept at 228 Cookson Bay, Huntsville, Ontario, Canada, P1H 1B2. For the hotel guests and for the customers, we are targeting Bangladeshi food delicacy. With this ethnic target, we are looking for the Cook who are experience in cooking Bangladeshi style food.

We are looking for an ideal candidate who can / is:

- prepare Bangladeshi styled and cooked parathas.
- prepare and cook Kachchi Biryani, different styles of Khichuri, Polao, Curry, Vajis and Dals.
- an expert to amend, update and improve the flavor of food and capable to enhance cooking variety under the guidance of chef.
- prepare Bangladeshi styled grilled chicken, naan, haleem, and BBQ Kebabs.
- learn or prepare to learn from chef all kinds of Fuchka, Misti Doi, Chira, Falooda, Borhani, Lassi, and Rasmalai
- preference will also be given to cook who can prepare Amriti, Bundiya, Bogurar, chanar Payesh, Chomchom and Kalojam.

The tasks are repetitive, and require longer periods of standing, sitting, bending etc. The work requires flexible scheduling during the weekdays and weekends and therefore team player attitude is a must. it is a demanding job with multiple food cooking at the same time and attention to detail is a must to ensure food reliability, quality, safety and freshness. Candidate can expect a fast pace environment and high work load during busy periods of the day. Heavy load of food, grocery and crockeries may be required to lift.
