As a Project Manager (Non Technical) at Xeneration Inc. (OBA Xentek), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Your primary role will be to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Major job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

~ Project Planning and Coordination: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
~ Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between relevant team members and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
~ Change Management: Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that any modifications are documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
~ Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders as needed.
~ Meeting Facilitation: Schedule routine meetings and record decisions, including next steps, assigned tasks, and action items.
~ Task Management: Break down complex projects into simpler tasks and set goals and timeframes for each task.
~ Workflow Management: Create and update workflows to ensure efficient project execution.
~ Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and address them promptly to ensure timely completion.
~ Quality Control: Coordinate quality controls to ensure that deliverables meet client demands.
~ Financial Management: Track expenses and predict future costs to ensure effective financial management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

~ Project Management experience would be an asset but not mandatory
~ Diploma, degree or certificate in administration or such related fields would be preferred but not a mandatory requirement

OTHER SKILLS

~ Ability to utilize the MS Office programs (word, excel, powerpoint) and any other project management software(s)
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
~ Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
~ Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
~ Able to work independently and as part of a team
~ Self-starter
~ Motivated working toward deadlines
~ Able to analyze information
~ Open to new ideas, corrections & innovations

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING

~ A competitive salary pay: $28 per hour
~ Full-time position (40 hours/week) working Monday to Friday
