Job Duties:
1.Collaborate with the executive team to establish objectives and development strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.
2.Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure efficient inventory management and supply chain optimization.
3.Collaborate with the finance department to establish budgetary goals and ensure efficient resource allocation across departments. Monitor financial performance, and make strategic decisions to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
4.Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
5.Oversee the personnel plan across different locations, select and provide necessary training and management to the store managers and supervisors. May add senior positions according to demand.
6.Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or expansion opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
7.Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving company objectives. Provide constructive suggestions and strategic insight to the executive team.
8.Represent the company, and actively engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand awareness and forge strategic partnerships.
9.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory development to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in business administration, finance, economics, or other field related is required.
2.3+ years’ experience as a middle manager is required. Experience in retail management, business development, or related roles is preferred.
3.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
4.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively articulate complex ideas.
5.Familiarity with the retail industry landscape, emerging trends, and technologies.
6.Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
