Job Duties:
.Act as the point of Contact and provide general support to visitors
.Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls
.Arrange and coordinate meetings with vendors and clients
.Schedule and confirm appointments
.Collect all the data and information and update policies and procedures
.Order supplies and research new deals and suppliers
.Create and maintain an effective filling and database system for all administrative and financial documents
