Job Title: Sales Representative (NOC 64101)
Position Available: 1
Location: Paradise, NL
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.5/hr, 30 hours/week
Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for meeting the sales target of China-Mart through effective planning and budgeting, promoting goods to the community.
-Develop market analysis strategy in coordination with China-Mart’s business goals; plan strategies, techniques and promotions necessary to achieve sales targets.
-Develop and maintain relationship with customers, provide valued consulting services for clients.
-Map potential customers, generate leads and new opportunities for China-Mart, mobilize new contracts.
-Collect customer feedback, resolve problems, provide ongoing support,and provide improvement suggestion.
-Maintain necessary data and records for future reference, explore and report on new business opportunities.
-Responsible for fulfilling contract orders when needed.
Job Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of a secondary school diploma is required.
-A college diploma or other program would be an asset.
Experience:
-At least one year of work experience in sales or related occupations is required.
Skills
-Excellent sales abilities with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
-A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
-Ability to provide excellent customer service.
-Outstanding communication skills.
