Pay: $40.00/hour
Experience# Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Job Duties include:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
• Manage inventory to avoid delays in project completion by coordinating with suppliers
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Train or arrange for training of workers
• Manage tile installation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time completion and within budget
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• Train and mentor tile setters, helping them develop their skills and grow
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers, and laborers.
Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must.
