Job Title: Carpenter Helper
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Carpenter Helper to assist our experienced carpenters with various tasks related to property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in carpentry or construction, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities: -
Assist carpenters with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, finishing, and cabinetry.
Help with repairs and maintenance of structural elements of rental properties.
Carry and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for carpentry work.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols at all times.
Drive company-provided vehicle to various job sites as needed.
Requirements:
Some experience in carpentry or construction is preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in carpentry.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
