Job title: Assistant Store Manager
We are located in the rural region on Quickie Convenience & Gas Station located in the rural are on 965 Edward St N Prescott, Ontario K0E 1T0 urgently need an experienced, motivated and innovative morning shifts as Convenience Store assistant manager. This is a challenging position where you will be required to manage a busy convenience store in a remote area.
Job Description:
As a full-time Convenience Store Assistant Manager, the applicant should be a team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing and dependable.
As a Convenience Store Assistant Manager your main duties and responsibilities will be:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the store
• Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee cleanliness and security
• Follow all Franchise Standards of operation, policies and procedures
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and administer payrolls
• Coordinate staff scheduling and rotation, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the store complies with health and safety regulations
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
• Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.
• Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programs.

• Good supervisory skills.
• Must have good communication with line cook, cooks and supervisor
• Must be skilled in time management.

Salary: $28.50 per hour
