To further improve our operational efficiency, we are looking for a Support Service Vice President to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other senior executives to establish company goals and strategies.
- Oversee various departments or divisions, providing guidance and leadership to ensure company goals are met.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive leadership team, communicating the effectiveness of our glass manufacturing processes and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by implementing service processes and standards, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their interactions with Vanbo Glass.
- Plan and execute online and offline activities to support our staff, expanding the company's business and strengthening client trust and recognition.
- Responsible for training and developing middle-level managers and staff, equipping them with effective communication skills to better engage with clients, and providing guidance and support to enhance their ability to collect, organize, and analyze client needs and feedback, empowering the company to improve overall experience and satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 years of management experience, including 3 years in a senior role.
-Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated effective business development skills.
