Salary: $18.00/Hourly
Job Duties:
• Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, which includes wash, peel, cut, and slice ingredients.
• Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies and store in cabinets, pantry and refrigerator.
• Properly wash and dry all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Place all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
• Pack take-out orders as needed.
• Remove garbage, replace garbage bags, and wash garbage cans.
• Mop and sweep the kitchen areas as required.
• Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
