Requirements:
• Completion of a Secondary School is required
• 1-year experience in landscape or horticulture
• 1 year experience in Supervisor position
• Organized, Flexibility, Reliability
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• ability to work under pressure, detail oriented
Job Duties:
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance
• Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
• Organize and direct construction of fences, decks and walls
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Repair and maintain equipment
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Resolve work related problems
• Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
• Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Experience: 1 year experience in landscape is required
