Based in Back Bay, New Brunswick, Sino Canadian Seafood Ltd. is a local Canadian seafood processing plant specializing in cryogenic flash freezing. We process lobsters, Jonah crab, and sea cucumbers. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to expand our wholesale channels.
Job Responsibilities
-Develop marketing and sales strategies, manage and oversee sales operations to achieve our business goals.
-Create and implement wholesale customer management tools to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, etc.
-Manage sales staff and assign duties, establish sustainable and profitable sales programs; acquire and develop new sales accounts.
-Plan, schedule, and participate in key trade shows; identify and lead B2B sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster long-term cooperation.
-Analyze historical data to guide the implementation of new B2B sales strategies across various market , driving rapid growth.
-Negotiate and implement price and credit policies, plan budgets and monitor revenues.
-Develop meaningful KPIs to track staff’s performance and the success of sales efforts.
-Coordinate account and market reviews, identify best practices and key learnings.
Recruiting Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of secondary school diploma is required.
-A college diploma or above in business administration or related field would be an asset.
Experience:
-A minimum of three years’ wholesale sales experience is required.
Skills:
-Previous success in building and growing relationships with accounts.
-Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and KPI targets.
