GILL HOME RENOVATION INC. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Renovation Contractor to join our team in Brampton, ON. Position:
• Permanent, Full-time
• Salary: $28.50 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Vacancies: 1
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize daily operations for renovation projects
• Plan and prepare detailed work schedules
• Select and hire trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
• Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications
• Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
• Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
• Ensure that construction permits are obtained and comply with regulations
Qualifications:
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
• Language: English
